DEATHS AND FUNERALS

T. A. BOLLINGER

T. A. Bollinger, a prominent contractor, died yesterday morning at 9:15 o'clock at his residence, 1117 Hazel street. While he had been in ill health for some time, his death yesterday morning was entirely unlooked for and came as a great shock to his relatives and his many friends in the city. He became seriously ill suddenly early Thursday morning and the efforts of physicians to prolong his life were unavailing.

Mr. Bollinger is survived by his wife, three sons, T. U. Bennett, of Hawkinsville, and John W., and R. A. Bollinger, of Macon, and five daughters Mrs. Jud Cherry, Macon; Mrs. C. E. Holfes, Atlanta; Mrs. T. A. Porter, Pulaski county; Mrs. Annie Anderson, Cochran, and Miss Addie Bollinger, of this city.

Mr. Bollinger was a native of Pulaski county, but had lived in Macon for half a century, all of which time he was engaged in the contracting business. He was a member of the Tattnall Square Baptist church and was an active church worker.

The funeral will be held this afternoon at 4 o'clock from the Tattnall Square Baptist church. Rev. B. B. Bailey will conduct the services. Interment in Rose Hill cemetery.

Rev. J. G. Harrison will assist in the funeral services and the deacons of the church will act as pallbearers and as an honorary escort.
