Deaths and Funerals
WHITE
The funeral of Mrs. Annie Smalling White which was to have been held yesterday morning at 10 o'clock, was postponed on account of the inclement weather and will be held this morning at 10 o'clock, from the Second Street Methodist church. Rev. B. F. Whittington, pastor of the Second Street Methodist church will conduct the services and the body will be laid to rest in Riverside cemetery. The following gentlemen will act as pallbearers: J. C. Wyche, James Platt, Edgar Jenkins, Horace Streyer, J. J. Permenter and H. J. Arnold. Mrs. White had lived in Macon practically all her life and by her estimable character had won a number of friends to whom her death was a great shock.
