WILLIAM A. COLE DIES IN WATERTOWN

William Asia Cole, son of the late Capt. William Cole of Boston, died at Watertown Tuesday after a brief illness at the age of 69 years and 11 months. He was educated in the Boston schools, was an extensive reader of the best literature, and an authority in statistics, history, dramatics, etc.

For the past forty-three years he had been employed at the directory publishing establishment of Sampson & Murdock Co., and his well known figure will be missed by many friends in Boston and in other cities where his occupation took him during this long period of service. His widow survives him.
