DEATHS AND FUNERALS
MRS. R. L. HAMLIN
Mrs. R. L. Hamlin, aged 53 years, died at the residence of her brother, James Platt, No. 811 Napier avenue, at 2:30 o'clock Sunday afternoon after an extended illness. Mrs. Hamlin had been a resident of this city practically all of her life, and was a member of the Cherokee Heights Methodist church. She is survived by one brother, James Platt, of this city, one sister, Mrs. C. E. Harris, of Sumpter, S. C.
Funeral services will be held from the residence of her brother, 811 Napier avenue, this afternoon at 3 o'clock. Rev. H. T. Freeman, pastor of Cherokee Heights Methodist church, will conduct the services. Interment will be in the family lot at Lizella.
